Current Attorney Opportunities Health Care Associate - St. Louis office Thompson Coburn LLP currently has a position available for a Health Care Associate in our St. Louis office. Applicants will have at least four years of legal experience in the health care field to practice in the corporate section of its Health Care Practice Area. The position offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of corporate transactions and regulatory matters for a number of different health care providers, including health care systems, hospitals, health plans, nursing homes, ambulatory surgery centers and physicians. Exceptional academic achievement and strong writing skills are required. Patent Law Associate - St. Louis office Thompson Coburn LLP is seeking to add to its growing IP Group a lateral partner or an experienced associate with 5+ years in patent preparation and prosecution of electrical and business method patents. The qualified applicant will preferably have a degree in electrical engineering, but a degree in a related area such as computer engineering, computer science, etc. will be acceptable. The qualified applicant will preferably also have experience in preparation of invalidity/noninfringement opinions. This position is not anticipated to involve any litigation work load, although if desired some litigation opportunities may become available. A GENEROUS COMPENSATION PACKAGE WILL BE PAID TO THE CANDIDATE HIRED TO FILL THIS POSITION, ALONG WITH FUTURE PROFESSIONAL GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES IN A DYNAMIC, COLLEGIAL PRACTICE GROUP.
