Thompson Coburn LLP (Thompson Coburn) is an equal opportunity employer. Below is a brief summary of certain Firm policies relating to compensation and benefits of new associates for this year. This summary is intended for informational purposes only and is qualified in its entirety by the specific terms of any policies referred to herein.
Annual Salary Salary is based on experience and skill level. First year associates at the St. Louis office will typically be paid $110,000 per year in 2007. Associates are eligible to receive a merit-based bonus in December of each year based on their work during the associate review year, provided they have been with the firm for at least 6 months and have one and one half years of post-law school experience.
Bar Exam and Related Expenses The Firm will cover the cost of Bar registration and a Bar review course.
Vacation Benefits Associates are eligible for three weeks vacation annually.
Professional Association Membership We reimburse mandatory annual lawyer's registration fees for up to two state Bars. In addition, we also reimburse for the annual dues of one professional association membership of the attorney's choice, plus one section membership, if applicable.
