Thomas Kinsock and Gregory Omer Join Thompson Coburn LLP

2005 - Thomas B. Kinsock and Gregory D.
Omer have joined Thompson Coburn LLP as partners in the area of corporate
securities and financial institution law. Mr. Kinsock and Mr. Omer both came
to the firm from Stinson Morrison Hecker LLP in St. Louis.
Mr. Kinsock, who also serves as an adjunct professor of corporate
law at Washington University in St. Louis, has more than 25 years of experience
representing numerous large and medium-sized banks and financial institutions
on a broad range of securities and banking law issues. He specializes in acquisition
transactions, corporate restructuring and financings of all types. Mr. Kinsock
has counseled companies on a broad range of securities and banking law issues,
including regulatory compliance matters, as well as general corporate law issues.
Mr. Kinsock earned his J.D., cum laude, from Harvard University
and his B.A. from Stanford University.
Mr. Omer brings more than 15 years of experience representing
banks, bank holding companies and other financial institutions in regulatory
and corporate matters. He has represented some of the nation's largest financial
organizations in a nationwide regulatory practice, but also regularly represents
community and regional banks. In addition, Mr. Omer has also represented various
clients in casino gaming ventures and related development matters.
Mr. Omer earned his J.D. from Duke University and his B.J.,
magna cum laude, from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
