Frank Buckley Elected a Fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy

St. Louis, March 27, 2006Francis X. Buckley Jr., a partner in Thompson Coburn LLP’s Business Bankruptcy, Restructuring and Creditors’ Rights practice group, was elected a Fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy. Buckley was one of 22 Fellows inducted into the College on March 17, 2006 in a ceremony at the National Building Museum in Washington, D.C.

Buckley’s practice focuses on bankruptcy, insolvency, restructuring negotiations and creditors’ rights litigation. He earned his J.D., cum laude, from Saint Louis University School of Law.

The American College of Bankruptcy now has approximately 650 Fellows, each selected by a Board of Regents from among recommendations of the Circuit Admissions Council in each federal judicial circuit and specially appointed Committees for Judicial and Foreign Fellows.

The College is an honorary professional and educational association of bankruptcy and insolvency professionals. The College’s mission is to honor and recognize distinguished bankruptcy professionals who are qualified for membership in an effort to set standards of achievement for others in the insolvency community, and to fund and assist projects that enhance the highest quality of bankruptcy practice, including undergraduate and graduate programs related to bankruptcy and insolvency.
