Matthew Rosenberg Joins Thompson Coburn LLP

St. Louis, May 10, 2006 –
Matthew A. Rosenberg has joined Thompson Coburn LLP as a partner in the
Intellectual Property practice.
Mr. Rosenberg’s practice includes preparing and prosecuting
patent and trademark applications; rendering opinions on infringement, validity
and protectability of intellectual property; advising clients on various
aspects of intellectual property and computer law; and representing clients
before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and Federal trial and appellate
courts, regarding intellectual property and computer law disputes.
In addition to being a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Mr. Rosenberg
filed the first two patent applications using the Patent and Trademark Office’s
Electronic Filing System. He also was among the first attorneys in the country
to adopt the Trademark Electronic Application System.
Mr. Rosenberg earned his J.D. and B.S.M.E. from Washington University in St.
Louis.
