Thompson Coburn’s Ranking Soars in The American Lawyer 2007 Mid-Level Associate Survey

In The American Lawyer’s 2007 Mid-Level Associate survey, Thompson Coburn was ranked 7th in a field of 164 law firms amer. This is the firm’s second year of participation in the survey, which asked more than 6,500 associates with three to five years of experience what they think of their firms. The survey covered a variety of topics, including training and guidance, relationships between associates and partners, benefits and compensation, billable hours policies, attitudes toward pro bono work and many others.

This year, the survey results position us in the top five percent of firms included in the study, many of which are well-known for high associate and partner satisfaction ratings. They also reflect TC’s commitment to providing an environment conducive to building successful, satisfying careers.
