We are pleased to announce that Robert Bernstein has joined the firm as a partner in the Labor and Employment practice area. Formerly head of Reed Smith’s Global Marketing Team for its Labor and Employment Department, Rob has developed an extensive labor and employment practice, exclusively representing multinational and domestic corporations on both a regional and national basis, with an emphasis in employment litigation and counseling. He also handles class and collective actions covering the full range of federal and state anti-discrimination and wage and hour laws.

Rob also lectures and writes extensively throughout the United States and overseas on a wide array of employment law issues. He was selected for inclusion in the National Registry of Who’s Who, was named a New Jersey Super Lawyer, and is privileged to sit on the LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell Legal Advisory Board.

He holds both a J.D. and a B.S.F.S. (with honors) from Georgetown University.
