Stephen E. Cupples, a partner in the Firm’s Private Client group, is newly certified as an Accredited Estate Planner (AEP). The National Association of Estate Planners & Councils (NAEPC) awards this certification to attorneys who meet stringent requirements of experience, knowledge, education, and professional reputation and character. An AEP must embrace the team concept of estate planning and adhere to the NAEPC professional code of ethics.
