Recently, Charles H. Fendell, a partner in the Firm’s Intellectual Property practice area and Adjunct Professor at Washington University School of Law, spoke on the topic of “Licensing-in Software and Other Materials Protected by Copyright: Experiences From the U.S.” at the S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai, India. The program was sponsored by the Licensing Executives Society of India, the Technology Law Forum of Mumbai, and the Mumbai chapter of ISACA (the Information Systems Audit and Control Association). Mr. Fendell’s practice focuses on outsourcing and other technology transactions as well as Internet and e-commerce legal issues.
