Stephanie Anne Lipinski-Galland presented "SALT & GST: Is the only thing they have in common is that they end in “T”?!" at the American Bar Association's Section of Taxation Fall Meeting in Vancouver on September 28, 2007. She, along with a Canadian colleague, compared and contrasted the U.S.'s State and Local Tax (SALT) and Canada's Goods and Services Tax (GST).
