Rhonda Thomas Joins Thompson Coburn LLP

Rhonda C. Thomas has rejoined Thompson Coburn LLP as a partner in its Public Finance and Public Law Practice group. Ms. Thomas was previously with the Firm from February 1985 to December 2002. Her practice includes project financing for a broad range of public and private purposes, such as tax increment financing and other real estate development initiatives, public and private partnerships, and state and local government and nonprofit projects for transportation, education, public safety, stadiums, and other governmental purposes.

A former partner with Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal LLP, Ms. Thomas has more than twenty years of experience in public law and public finance. She has served as law clerk to the Missouri Supreme Court and as a law professor at the University of Missouri School of Law, and has written and lectured extensively in her area of expertise.

Ms. Thomas holds a J.D. from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law and a B.A. from Drury College.
