We are pleased to announce that Todd Rowden has joined the firm as a partner in the Business Litigation practice area of the firm's Chicago office. Formerly of Riffner Barber Rowden, LLC, Todd has developed an extensive complex litigation practice including financial services, real estate, commercial foreclosures, business tort, including deceptive practices and fraud, Uniform Commercial Code and restrictive covenants. He also handles class action defense, title insurance litigation and complex injury cases.

Todd assists financial services companies, manufacturers, title insurance companies, entrepreneurs, real estate developers, small businesses and individuals with their business and individual legal needs, including company start-up services, corporate needs and strategic business advice, and litigation planning. He was named to the Law Bulletin Publishing Company’s prestigious 2003 “40 Illinois Attorneys Under Forty to Watch” and is AV Peer Rated by Martindale Hubbell.

He holds a J.D. from the University of Wisconsin—Madison and a B.A. (with honors) from the University of Michigan—Flint.
