ST. LOUIS, MO—(April 10, 2008) We are pleased to announce that Jason S. Ornduff has joined Thompson Coburn Fagel Haber as a partner in the Private Client practice group in the firm’s Chicago office. Formerly of Eckhart Kolak LLC, Mr. Ornduff guides his clients through the complex federal and state laws regarding wealth transfer to the next generation, including estate and trust administration, estate planning, and estate and gift tax issues. He also counsels closely held companies on a myriad of legal issues, especially in the areas of succession planning, corporate taxation and tax-exempt financing. He is a member of the Chicago, Illinois State and American Bar Associations.

In addition, Mr. Ornduff has given presentations about estate planning and taxation issues to a number of organizations, including the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education, the Chicago Estate Planning Council, the Greater North Shore Estate and Financial Planning Council, the Chicago Bar Association, and the Family Office Forum. He is a member of the Chicago Estate Planning Council, a board member of the Greater North Shore Estate and Financial Planning Council, and a past president for the Young Executives Club of Chicago.

Mr. Ornduff holds a J.D. (cum laude) from the University of Illinois College of Law and a B.A. (magna cum laude) from the University of Illinois.
