We are community minded. Many of our attorneys are actively involved in civic organizations. Caring about the communities we’re in is firmly rooted in our culture, and our attorneys donate hundreds of pro bono hours to community causes. Our Associates Committee and Associate Development Program are dedicated to helping our associates grow and become successful partners, and to ensure that any concerns, in any practice area, are addressed.

Finally, we value transparency. Twice a year the firm’s chairman meets with all of the associates to discuss the overall state of the firm and answer any questions.
