We use a variety of tools to produce, enhance and manage documents related to transactions. We deploy the latest version of Microsoft Office and rely on many third-party vendors to enhance our document production capabilities for redlining and metadata removal.
Document Assembly
Several practice areas use sophisticated document assembly systems, which provide a preformatted document template that is completed through a series of questions and answers or directly from a database application. Document assembly systems save time and increase quality while eliminating the need to begin each new document from scratch.
Automated Document Review
We use special software for intelligent document analysis, summarization and proofreading to automate the review of legal documents, increase work group efficiency, improve document quality and speed delivery of work product to clients. The analysis is an embedded component of the document development process from the first draft to the final form.
Electronic Closing Binders
When closing a deal, we can routinely produce either paper or electronic closing binders. We can provide the electronic closing binders on a CD or via a secure client extranet site.
