Governmental Financial Entities

We have been active for several decades in the representation of state and local governmental entities that are involved in the capital finance needs of for-profit and nonprofit borrowers. This representation has included a substantial amount of legal work on behalf of conduit issuers of tax-exempt bonds. It has also included other types of financing and governmental incentives provided by state and local governments to enhance development and employment in the impacted area.
