Todd Rowden co-authors chapter in real estate litigation book

Todd Rowden April 4, 2012

Thomson Reuters has just published a book featuring a chapter on foreclosure real property sales co-authored by Todd Rowden, a Vice-Chair of TC’s Business Litigation Group.

The book is titled, “Real Estate Litigation Strategies: Leading Lawyers on Navigating the Discovery Process, Building a Case, and Responding to Current Developments.” It is published by Aspatore Books, a Thomson Reuters division that “exclusively publishes C-level executives and partners from the world’s most respected companies and law firms.”

This book provides an authentic, insider’s view on best practices for litigating real estate disputes — a subject matter of critical concern to financial services institutions.

Rowden co-authored a 10-page chapter with Chicago attorney David B. Altman on the use of receivers to sell foreclosure properties.

Rowden represents numerous banks and financial services institutions in real estate-related litigation, including commercial foreclosure actions, business torts including deceptive practices and fraud actions, and construction litigation.
