The Illinois State Bar Association has published the third and final installment of Arthur Sternberg’s three-article series on drafting competition restrictions. The first article focused on noncompetition restrictions, while the second explores employee recruitment restrictions. The third article, published in July 2012, details customer solicitation restrictions.
It appears in the monthly newsletter of the Illinois State Bar Association’s Section on Labor & Employment Law.
