On January 17, 2012, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri appointed Claire M. Schenk as Receiver over the following entities:

• MIC VII, LLC
• Acartha Technology Partners, LP
• Gryphon Investments III, LLC. 

The Court’s Order establishes the Receiver as the companies' sole administrator and directs and empowers her to manage the business affairs, funds, and property of these entities.
