Robert F. Rabin has joined the firm as a partner in the Business Litigation practice in the Chicago office. Previously, Robert was a principal at Robbins, Salomon & Patt, Ltd., where he practiced in the area of business and commercial litigation.
Robert concentrates his practice in commercial law with an emphasis on commercial litigation on behalf of financial institutions and title insurance companies, including matters relating to lien foreclosures, lien priority, defects in title, mortgage rescue fraud, secured creditor defalcation, fraudulent conveyances, construction-related defects, prejudgment attachment and advanced special remedies on behalf of creditors.
Robert earned his J.D. from DePaul University College of Law and his B.A. from Tulane University.
