This webinar is designed for anyone interested in creating, sponsoring or simply learning more about sweepstakes, contests, or other types of promotions. The presentation will focus on the following questions. How do I make sure that my sweepstakes is not illegal gambling? Do I need to register it in any states? What is the difference between a sweepstakes and a contest? What needs to be included in official rules? What are the pitfalls that must be avoided?
