Kim Eilerts named a 2015 BTI Client Service All-Star

BTI Consulting Group has selected partner Kim Eilerts as a “2015 Client Service All-Star” based on unprompted client feedback it received during its annual survey of corporate counsel at Fortune 1,000 and other large organizations.

“The attorneys in this report are the individuals clients think of — and turn to — first. Why? They service clients better than anyone and everyone,” according to BTI Consulting, which named 354 All-Stars this year.

Kim was recognized as an All-Star in “Corporate & Securities.” Kim counsels business leaders and legal professionals in acquisitions and dispositions of stock and assets, mergers, joint ventures, securities law compliance and corporate governance. She has served as lead counsel on multi-million acquisitions for companies like Bunge North America Inc., and Aegion Corp. Kim also provides advice on a wide variety of general corporate matters. In 2012, Kim was named an “Up & Coming” attorney by Missouri Lawyers Weekly.
