Andrew is a paralegal in the Intellectual Property practice area. He is currently working on trademark prosecution. He communicates with clients and acts as the primary contact between clients and their foreign associates.
Andrew drafts the paper work for filing of foreign trademark applications and is the point of contact for foreign associates while prosecuting applications and maintaining registrations. He also handles the filing and prosecution of International Registrations pursuant to the Madrid Protocol. Andrew drafts and files documents for the prosecution of domestic trademarks with the United States Patent and Trademark Office including Statements of Use, Declarations of Use, Extension of Time to File a Statement of Use Requests, Renewals, and Affidavits of Use and Incontestability. He researches national trademark databases and obtains executed Power of Attorneys and legalized copies of documents pursuant to various country laws.
