With a mechanical engineering background, experience as a researcher in 3D printing and significant experience as an intellectual property attorney, Clayton brings technical and legal knowledge to bear on behalf of his clients.
He focuses his practice on drafting and prosecuting patent applications across a range of technical areas, including semiconductor manufacturing equipment and processes, aircraft engines, wind turbines, electric vehicle drivetrains, vehicle control systems, drones, ultrasound systems, financial transaction networks and user interfaces. Clayton also has done extensive design drafting patent work with consumer products such as shoes and user interfaces.
