Devin assists clients with matters before Customs, including Importer Self Assessment Applications, protests and HTS classifications, as well as with legal issues under the ITAR, EAR, Foreign Trade Regulations and OFAC regulations.
He has assisted several Fortune 500 companies with deemed export reviews in relation to their electronics, software and encryption technology.
Devin participated in the Duke Institute of Transnational Law in Geneva, Switzerland, and studied at the University of Buenos Aires School of Law in Buenos Aires, Argentina. During this time, he focused on international arbitration, international trade and human rights law. He also served as a clerk at the Inter-American Court of Human Rights in San Jose, Costa Rica, during the summer of his second year of law school.
