Jay Goldstein is a member of Thompson Coburn’s Business and Corporate Transactions Department. Jay has over 25 years of experience in complex corporate and business law matters. His practice area includes:

• Owner and management succession planning

In transactional health care law, he represents licensed health care professionals in employment, regulatory and licensing matters.
