Allan’s practice includes preparation and trial work in product liability, asbestos, carpal tunnel syndrome, and legal and medical malpractice. He is focused primarily on railroad and toxic tort cases.
Prior to joining the firm, Allan took 25 cases to jury trial. Since then, he has taken 17 cases with defense verdicts in 60 percent of those cases.
