Allen Allred practices in the litigation, employee benefits and health care fields. He was chairman for three years of the Health Care Liability and Litigation Committee of the American Health Lawyers Association. He has represented clients in commercial litigation involving class actions, anti-trust, bundling and upcoding claims, corporate governance issues, employment, medical staff and credentialing issues at the administrative, trial and appellate levels. He possesses extensive experience in trial and appellate practice in state and federal courts. Allen was appointed to the task force on liability and health care reform by the American Hospital Association. He has been a frequent speaker at the meetings of the American Health Lawyers Association. Allen is the author of "Hospital Liability," a chapter of the Missouri Hospital Law Handbook 2007, published by the Missouri Hospital Association.
