Ann Addis Pantoga

Ann is a commercial litigator concentrating in complex matters involving the financial services, real estate, title insurance, and construction industries.

As a litigator in the financial services industry, Ann counsels clients in connection with workouts, foreclosures, loan enforcement, declaratory actions, and secured rights, among other sophisticated disputes. Ann also has experience litigating business disputes and orders of protection.

Before joining the firm over a dozen years ago, Ann was Vice President and Associate Counsel at Fidelity, a title insurance company. Her experience in this position established deep knowledge surrounding title insurance and the real estate and construction industry. Ann advises clients and litigates matters involving title insurance, contract and construction disputes, mechanics liens, and fraudulent conveyances.

Ann tries cases in Illinois state courts, as well as in the U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division. She is a member of the federal trial bar.

In addition to her trial practice, Ann is a trained classical concert pianist. With a masters degree in music performance, Ann understands how important intense focus, singular dedication, strong analytical skills, and composure are for success. She applies all of these attributes and more when advocating for clients.
