Anne-Marie practices in the real estate and corporate sections in the firm with particular emphasis on real estate acquisitions and dispositions, financing and development and representing closely held corporations. She has extensive experience in real estate matters including property acquisitions and sales, refinancing, development and property management.
In addition to her real estate experience, Anne-Marie counsels closely held corporations in connection with their formation, financing and planning issues, acquisitions and dispositions, and general corporate matters.
