Arthur Sternberg practices in Thompson Coburn’s Labor and Employment Department. Arthur has extensive, successful jury trial and appellate experience in employment defense, non-competition, trade secret, and business litigation. Arthur also prepares employment agreements and policies and counsels employers on personnel issues and legal compliance. His work includes the defense of discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour claims.
