Arthur Sternberg practices in Thompson Coburn’s Labor and Employment Department. With over 30  years of experience, Arthur has extensive and successful trial, appellate, and administrative work nationwide for employers in employment discrimination, non-competition, and trade secrets litigation. Employers seek his assistance with an array of issues, such as resolving employment problems, adopting best practices and policies, implementing protections of trade secrets and customer relationships, .
