Benjamin Askew practices in the firm’s intellectual property area. Ben has extensive experience in numerous areas of litigation, including patent and copyright litigation, complex commercial litigation, and unfair competition law. He represents a wide range of clients in various industry sectors and litigates cases in federal and state courts and in arbitration. Ben has also practiced within the firm's business litigation practice area.
