Benjamin is a partner in the firm’s corporate and securities practice group. His practice is principally concentrated in the areas of general corporate law, technology transfers, technology joint ventures, and mergers and other acquisitions and divestitures. He has extensive experience in counseling the boards of directors of firm clients in connection with such transactions and in connection with a broad range of corporate governance and compliance matters.
