Benjamin Volk is a partner in the Firm’s Intellectual Property practice. Benjamin's legal practice primarily focuses on the preparation and prosecution of patent applications in the electrical, electro-mechanical, and computer software arts with a concentration in sophisticated digital electronics such as high-speed routers for the Internet, medical imaging technology, and web-enabled software applications. He also provides counseling to clients on issues such as patent infringement and patent invalidity, particularly in connection with products in development.
