Bethany practices in the areas of commercial real estate and business and corporate law. Bethany represents national and regional clients in all aspects of commercial real estate law, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing and leasing. She has been involved with various types of transactions involving retail, office, hotel, multi-family properties and vacant land. In connection with such transactions, she drafts and negotiates real estate contracts, leases, loan documents, declarations and other related documents, performs title and survey review and conducts due diligence.
Additionally, she advises clients on corporate matters and assists with the structuring and preparation of various corporate agreements, including bylaws, operating agreements, real estate joint venture agreements, stock and asset purchase and sale agreements and shareholder agreements.
