Brandi practices in the firm’s public finance and public law area. She regularly represents government entities as issuer's counsel or bond counsel, investment banks as underwriter's counsel, and financial institutions as credit enhancer's counsel. Her experience includes:
- Providing assistance to investment banks in connection
with the public offerings and private placement of
municipal bonds.
- Advising school districts, cities, fire protection districts
and other municipalities with ballot propositions and
general obligation bond issues.
- Serving as counsel to financial institutions providing
letters of credit or liquidity facilities in public finance
transactions.
Brandi also counsels nonprofit entities in matters of compliance with state nonprofit law.
