Brian practices in the firm’s real estate and construction litigation and environmental litigation practice areas.

Brian's real estate and construction work focuses on such matters as eminent domain, mechanics' liens, commercial and residential lease disputes, land use, construction defect and property damage cases, Miller Act claims, property tax appeals, contract disputes, landlord-tenant disputes and a variety of other matters. Brian's environmental work focuses on groundwater contamination, CERCLA contribution and cost recovery lawsuits, common law tort actions, and other related matters. Brian also has extensive experience in various aspects of tort, product liability and general business litigation matters.

In representing the firm's clients, Brian has actively participated in all facets of litigation, including drafting pleadings and briefs, preparing and arguing motions, representing clients during mediation, drafting settlement agreements, trying cases, and arguing before the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District.
