Charles practices in the firm's real estate practice area. He has broad experience representing clients in the acquisition, sale, finance and leasing of shopping centers, office buildings, multi-family housing and industrial properties. He is proficient in drafting and negotiating acquisition and sale agreements, commercial loans and commercial leases.
Charles also provides counsel to wind energy clients in all aspects of wind project development and operation including the drafting and negotiation of leases and easements and resolving title and survey issues relevant to development.
Charles is fluent in Spanish.
