Charles Poplstein’s practice involves representation of private and public sector employers in a broad range of labor and employment issues. Drawing upon over twenty-eight years’ experience, Charles is able to represent and advise clients on all facets of labor and employment law, including traditional labor, covenants not to compete, trade secret litigation, public and private sector bargaining, collective actions, executive compensation and contracts, wage and hour investigations and litigation, employee discipline and dismissals, employment discrimination litigation, ERISA and multi-employer withdrawal liability litigation, reductions in force and affirmative action.
He utilizes his experience to identify and resolve problems in a proactive and creative manner and to ensure his clients receive an early and realistic assessment of their risk. His objective is to solve personnel problems without litigation where possible and to manage exposure to litigation of liability in a proactive manner.

He is a frequent speaker on employment law issues at various programs, including EEOC seminars, ABA Seminars and the Missouri Municipal Lawyer’s Association.
