Crystal leads the transactional area of the firm's environmental practice. With over 20 years of environmental experience, she assists clients with due diligence, risk analysis, contract negotiations, Brownfield redevelopment projects and use of environmental insurance, indemnities, escrows and other methods to effectively allocate and manage environmental liability and risk associated with real property development and corporate acquisitions, divestitures and financings.

Crystal is a recognized leader of legal and business organizations. She was the 2004 President of Commercial Real Estate Women of St. Louis (CREW-St. Louis), is a former Chair of the Environmental and Conservation Law Committee of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis (BAMSL) and is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Missouri Growth Association (MGA). She is currently a member of the Steering Committee of the firm's Women's Initiative and is Chair of the Women's Initiative Business Development & Marketing Committee.  In addition, she was appointed to the Corporate Executive Leadership Team for the 2011 and 2012 Go Red For Women Campaigns for the American Heart Association of Missouri.
