Dale chairs the firm's Antitrust Law and Advertising, Marketing and Promotion Law practice areas. 

Advertising, Marketing & Promotions Law
Dale has extensive experience in advertising and marketing matters, particularly those involving sweepstakes, contests and other promotional activities.  He has created hundreds of sweepstakes and contests and regularly advises clients in a diverse range of industries and markets on advertising and promotion issues.  

Antitrust Law
Dale has over thirty years of experience in antitrust and trade regulation matters.  He has been involved in a wide variety of cases and has participated in numerous agency investigations and Hart-Scott-Rodino filings.  Dale represents many diverse clients including companies in the health care, telecommunications, fashion, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.

Experience
Dale was an attorney at the Federal Trade Commission in Washington, D.C. for five years and since that time has focused his practice on counseling and litigating both competition and consumer protection matters. He regularly advises clients in a diverse range of industries and markets on antitrust and trade regulation issues as well as advertising and promotion issues. He is a member of the Antitrust Section of the American Bar Association and participates in many Bar Association and privately sponsored continuing legal education programs. He also chairs the Antitrust, Trade Regulation and Consumer Affairs Committee of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis.
