Dan joined the firm in 1995 after four years as a trial attorney for the United States Department of Justice, Civil Division, in Washington, D.C. He has successfully defended the United States in environmental and toxic tort suits brought in federal courts throughout the country. Since that time, Dan has expanded his practice experience to include several of the firm’s litigation practice areas, with a primary focus on business and tort litigation.
