Dan is an associate in the firm's St. Louis office. His practice focuses on product liability and complex litigation. He defends tobacco and consumer product manufacturers in complex litigation all over the country. Dan has extensive experience in all phases of litigation, including responsive pleadings, discovery, motions practice, litigation strategy, trial preparation, and trial support. Dan has experience in a broad range of substantive issues, including products liability, consumer fraud, youth marketing, and others. Dan served on the trial team in USA v. Philip Morris USA, Inc., 566 F.3d 1095 (D.C. Cir. 2009), the $280 billion civil RICO case brought by the Department of Justice against the tobacco industry.
