David concentrates in the areas of business bankruptcy, workouts, securitizations, and general creditors' rights matters. His practice includes the representation of secured lenders, unsecured trade creditors, creditors' committees, and buyers and sellers of financially distressed businesses.
David has extensive experience in representing secured lenders in loan workouts and restructurings, replevin and foreclosure actions and bankruptcy proceedings. He has particular experience in representing unsecured trade creditors in preference actions, reclamation claims and other payment disputes. David also frequently serves as counsel to Chapter 11 debtors and Chapter 11 creditors' committees.
