David is a partner with Thompson Coburn, where he practices in the areas of real estate and corporate transactions as well as banking and commercial lending. He represents operating companies as well as residential, commercial and industrial developers in acquisitions and sales and in leasing and financing transactions. He also represents a number of banks in documenting and closing commercial mortgages and other secured loans and with respect to intercreditor issues, participations, workouts and foreclosures.
