David concentrates primarily in the areas of environmental and occupational law and railroad litigation. He has extensive experience in cases involving alleged upper extremity disorders, including carpal tunnel syndrome and exposure to toxic substances, including asbestos, in a number of workplace settings in particular actions including the Federal Employees Liability Act. His practice also involves compliance with various environmental regulations in addition to representing parties that have been identified as potentially responsible for clean-up of Superfund sites.
David also has represented financial services clients of the Firm, particularly securities brokers and banks, in proceedings in state and federal trial courts and appellate courts.
