Debbie concentrates her practice in the areas of public finance, tax and development incentives, and corporate law. Debbie has extensive experience representing developers, investment bankers, governmental entities, banks, corporations, and nonprofit institutions in connection with various types of tax-exempt and taxable financings. Debbie is a member of the firm’s 12-person Management Committee. She maintains offices in both St. Louis and Washington D.C.
Debbie was named the Best Lawyer's 2012 St. Louis Public Law Lawyer of the Year.
