Dudley Von Holt handles commercial and product liability litigation. He is vice-chair of the firm’s product liability group. A majority of his work is on cases in various jurisdictions outside of St. Louis for clients the firm represents nationally. In addition to product liability and business litigation, he has represented clients in trials involving trademarks and trade dress, false advertising, insurance coverage, oil and gas rights, and employment benefits.
