Fred Arnold’s practice involves representation of a variety of corporate, financial, health care, institutional and real estate clients. He has represented corporations in connection with organizational matters, secured and unsecured borrowings, mergers and asset acquisitions and sales. He has represented banks, insurance companies and asset-based lenders in structuring and documenting term loans, lines of credit, construction loans, and bankruptcy situations. He has assisted corporations and real estate developers in the organizational, construction, financial and regulatory aspects of new developments.
