Gary practices in the firm’s real estate and construction areas.  He represents owners, general contractors and subcontractors in preparing and negotiating contracts and construction dispute resolution. He represents developers and lenders on acquisitions, financing, refinancing, construction and leasing of major office buildings and shopping centers; owners in purchase, financing and construction of shopping centers, offices, industrial buildings, light rail and other facilities; landlords and tenants in negotiating and preparing shopping center, office and industrial leases. He has handled multi-property acquisitions and dispositions as part of business merger and acquisition transactions. He has authored articles on real estate matters published in local newspapers and has presented and been a panelist at real estate and construction law seminars.
